  • I can't quite recall how I found out about Dr. Hangalay but I am so glad I did! She is an amazing dentist. I had some dental work done (crowns and root canals) that were not done correctly. When I came in to see her I felt confident in her ability to fix everything. Three years later, the work is flawless and I have had no issues. Today I went in for a long overdue checkup and Dr. Hangalay remembered me. I always appreciate when a doctor does that because it means they care. Although I had some issues with my teeth that were less than ideal, she went over everything thoroughly, talked me through the x-ray images and photos so I understood the problems. I never feel that she suggests unnecessary treatments. Also, I think Dr. Hangalay has a wonderful personality--she comes across as a very strong and confident woman and has done well to build up her dental business. She truly cares about her clients and puts a lot of time into the appointments. Instead of a hygienist cleaning my teeth, she does it herself and I feel that she really gets to know what is going on with my teeth because of that. Also, Griselda at the front desk is a true professional. She is exemplifies excellent customer service. She called my insurance company to see how much everything would cost before I even asked her to do so. She is very polite and upbeat and obviously knows what she is doing. It's so wonderful to be able to relax and let capable people take care of you. I honestly don't know if this review can do enough justice in portraying just how great everyone at Serene Dental truly is. If you are looking for a new dentist and want a positive experience with an excellent dentist who is also down to earth, please book an appointment with Dr. Hangalay,
