  • One star above a dump. Not much more to say than this. Rooms were unfinished and scarcely decorated. A/C heater was placed under window and blew up the curtains stopping the heat from going into the room itself. winter in Montreal ... this is important. Summers in Montreal are hot too so the cold air blowing into the room is needed as well.
