  • I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and needed to replace it. After watching several Youtube videos i thought it looked fairly simple and decided to replace it myself. After having problems with the first and second screen i purchased, the problem got worse and now my touch screen did not work. After taking it to CPR South Mountain, Phil (i call him Phil The Magician) one of the techs told me i now have a motherboard issue. He informed me that there is not a fix for this issue but he received feedback from his company on a way to resolve the problem. With my permission he tried a risky procedure but at this point i didnt have anything to loose. I was looking at purchasing a new phone (iPhone 6+) at this point. I was expecting bad news but amazingly enough Phil did it. My phone was fixed and i couldnt be happier. CPR South Mountain was amazing on service and price. I spent much less than i thought i was going to after hearing what the problem was. If you think your phone is lost and there is no hope, take it to Phil and the people at CPR South Mountain. You will be happy you did.
