  • The most culturally forward area in Las Vegas. As a city Vegas has been underdeveloped culturally because we rely so heavily on one industry that provides most of the large incoming capital investments in the city. The Arts District provides a foil for that trend, recently seeing millions of dollars being poured in by local investors. In short, the Arts District will be the next area in Las Vegas that makes a name for its self outside of city limits either by exporting a cultural good or inspiring he next known Las Vegas artist or venture.
