  • Called to get a copy of receipt from a tow these guys did a couple months ago. The guy I spoke with was completely rude and unhelpful. He didn't even try help whatsoever. Not the kind of customer service I'd put up with. In this day, a towing company is a towing company; the only thing that would set them above the rest is customer service. Too bad they have such rude, awful people working for them. I've put in a call with my Roadside Assistance company to never use them again.
