  • The service here is good as long as you like the work being returned to you. I dropped off 8 pairs of shoes to be repaired here and as soon as I pointed out one if the pairs had not been repaired as discussed the owner became belligerent and insulting. He was not willing to refund my money on the botched repair despite the satisfaction guarantee notice posted. Having no option I took the time to show him a picture of what was needed (soft sole moccasins w a hole needing a new leather sole to be sewn on) and asked they complete the repair again. Came to pick up the shoes today to more insults only to find a hard sole once again glued on to the bottom. Really, this was $50? And entirety not what was requested. If you have a simple high heel to glue on a replaceable pair of cheap shoes then come here. Anything more than that be prepared for rude insulting unsatisfactory repairs. Never again!
