  • They are completely useless. I am being sexually harassed, and verbally harassed by a psychopath who moved into my apartment. My room mate subleased her room in our two bedroom apartment to a complete crazy person, I have caught the subtenant peeking into my room after my showers looking at me naked, she also cooks in the kitchen / stands in the shared area of the apartment completely naked and exposed. She is also verbally harassing me and acting out in anger towards me when ask her to put on clothes, and I am scared to live in my apartment or even leave my room with this psychopath. I called the non emergency line, I have been waiting for over 24 hours and police haven't come, I called the emergency line because she is threatening me and continuing to be naked, and they told me I would just have to wait. Toronto police are completely useless, and are treating my problem like it is no big deal.
