After a couple of service appointments I must say that I have been impressed with their service. Naming your business "Honest-1" sets the bar pretty high for what customers will expect coming in thru the door. After taking one of my parent's car for an alignment and TPMS issue, I decided to take my mother's car for an a/c system check. The technicians were very approachable and knowledgeable about the possible causes of my underperforming system. I especially appreciated how they are willing to walk you over to the car and show you what's going on with your vehicle. It was evident that the guys working on my mother's vehicle actually enjoyed their work and wanted to get to the bottom of our issue rather than just throw parts and $$ at it. At the end of the day they were able to get the air blowing ice cold again (vehicle is 18 yrs old) just like when the car was new.
I will say that while I waited for my vehicle's system to be worked on, I was able to observe how they treated customers walking in, as well as those calling on the phone. I was impressed with the customer service they provided and how they were willing to explain all the recommended repairs w/o being pushy or exaggerating what could happen if the suggested repair wasn't carried out. Many times customers declined to get the service done for whatever reason and not once did I observe the staff get upset or try to convince them otherwise. Too many garages out there do the exact opposite of this!
I am an aircraft mechanic serving with the US Air Force and am qualified to work on various high tech aircraft and complex systems-- more than well versed in mechanics-- and I can attest that these guys weren't trying to swindle their customers. As a matter of fact, every interaction I witnessed for the better part of 3 hours was honest and straight forward. Even when our repair developed a small issue (compromised o-ring caused the refrigerant to leak out) they made time to look at the car with less than an hour before closing and worked diligently to figure out the problem. They fixed it on the spot and reminded us that they stand behind their repairs 100%. They offer a 3yr/ 36,000 mile warranty on their work-- that's amazing!
Dealing with them on 2 separate occasions has left me confident that we have found a trust worthy garage that lives up to its name-- I definitely recommend them!
