  • I needed someone to cut the lock at a storage room I am renting in Phoenix but live in the DC area and needed my mom to meet Bill at the UHaul in PHX so that he can cut the lock. Bill was responsive, flexible, and dependable. My mom was a little late showing up to the appointment and he waited. He also helped her haul some stuff to her car afterwards. He then sent me a text to let me know that everything was taken care of. My mother also told me that he was polite and super helpful. It was a relief for me since I was trying to coordinate this from across the country. Thanks, Bill!!
