  • I will edit this review at a future time but I want to get it online as quickly as possible. I am so frustrated because I had a text discount offer that they refused to honor. There was no expiration date listed and it was sent to me last Friday. Less than a week. It only raised my bill by $1.18. It's the principle of the matter. Don't bother signing up for their text discounts because they will just not honor it at their own will. I live nearby and have been a good customer but this really really ticks me off. It sucks to see that for them to get that extra $1.18 was more important than keeping a customer.
