If you're looking to be pampered and waited on this is not your hotel...if you're looking for a deal right in the heart of Toronto, for a clean place to lay your head....this is it. This hotel was very clean. The pictures online make it look more modern and chic, which can be a little misleading. The rooms are very clean and simple. Think IKEA. Loved the option of having a queen room with two additional twin beds. Traveling with kids, so this option made" who's going to share the double" bed question non existent. This is within walking distance of Dundas Square and subway....we walked everywhere, even to the harbor....20 min walk. We used a Living Social deal when booked, and when we went to check in, they said it wasn't booked as living social....they took care of it in the end. Asked for a non smoking room....I believe it was, but the hallway smelled of smoke. Don't eat at the restaurant....go around the corner to the Senator instead. The hotel restaurant charged top dollar for pancakes, when they were frozen out of a box....no thanks. All in all I would stay here again, but it's just a place to lay your head. (no pool etc...)
