  • If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I came in at 10:30 am for an oil change which takes at the most an hour but waited 3 hours just to find out they didn't even know my car was there. Are you kidding me? Is this some kind of joke? They asked if I'd like to wait for the next available opening. No I just asked for my keys, I'm done wasting time at that crooked dealership. Also tip for car buyers go somewhere else when I bought my car we agreed that they would pay for my registration because I was buying the brand new 2016 car. The check never came and I contacted them every week they told me it was coming in the mail. Then later told me it was never apart of the agreement. Lesson learned buy from an actual professional dealership. Trust yelp reviews!!!
