This place definitely serves authentic Vietnamese food. It doesn't mean the food taste good.
What I tried:
Pho Dac Biet large bowl: nice presentation but the broth was not very clear and a bit too sweet. It doesn't have enough herb taste. There were way too many meatballs and not enough of the other cooked meat. The selection of Pho variation was limited. No Pho Chin available. I would not come here for their Pho.
Spring Rolls - Nem Nuong Cuon: Decent all around. Nothing bad to say but nothing spectacular to mention either.
Bun Cha Gio: The egg rolls were nicely fried. The taste was okay. The vermicelli was a bit on the cold side and slightly too al dente for this dish. They didn't stick together well which makes it difficult to pick up with the chopsticks. I would prefer the noodles to be a bit warm.
This is probably one of the cleanliest Vietnamese restaurant you'll find in the valley. Unfortunately, the food is just average.
