  • I spent 4 long hours here today. Took my winter tires, on rims, in to get put on. Took them 2 hours....I complained to the manager, Bob, who said it isn't his problem and that there isn't anything he can do about it. I told him that since he is the manager, it is his responsibility. He asked me "What can I do..." I said, you can start by doing my tires for free....He said "fine" and walked away. The counter representative, Denarius, should be the manager. He was kind and helpful. He had me bring the car back and he balanced the wheels.
