This gym has something for everyone! Don't be intimidated if you have never tried kickboxing- plus the first class is free. I have been doing fitness kickboxing and the Fit in 5 - which is a 30 minute version of fitness kickboxing. Wow, what a workout! I am working muscles I have never worked before. It's done in short segments so you can't get bored and the classes go by quickly. The instructors are great and patient with those that haven't done that type of workout before. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
