  • I learned an expensive lesson about buying couches sight-unseen. I got a decent deal. The staff was very helpful, the delivery was exactly when they said it would be and the delivery guy was professional and nice. Everything was great until after I had the sofa & love seat in my home and realized it was very uncomfortable. That's when I called and was told about the 20% restocking fee (admittedly that information is on their web page, I just didn't read it as I went down in person to place my order). Then I was told the man I dealt with would call me back. He never did. But it doesn't matter because I can't afford the restocking & pick-up fees. So, I won't order from them again.
