  • Hate to even give it one star. Horrible "service" at this sprint store- even worse that the DMV. Waited for 25 minutes as we sat and listened to "Juan" having a personal conversation with a customer and flirting with her. We asked to see a manager or assistant manager and were told that they were not available. We walked out feeling more confident that we made the right decision to switch carriers to T-Mobile. With Sprint supporting the repeal of net neutrality, awful service from this store, reaffirms our decision to ditch Sprint!!
