  • Hey, first-day-release movie fans, you won't care about this theater if you like to wait in line at midnight to see the first showing of the newest blockbuster. But if you like to pay a small amount for tickets and don't mind seeing great movies until right after they've left 99% of the big chains or other theaters, then Pollack Tempe CInemas is for you. PTC is definitely for me! Bottom, though not last, line: SAME MOVIE, LOWER PRICE. You'll have to pay typical theater prices for food and drinks, but you won't care as much because of the low ticket prices. And you'll have to pay a transaction fee to get cash out of ATM, of course. I think PTC takes ONLY cash, so make sure you bring it along. No American Express Gold cards here, folks. WAIT A SEC...I just read another review here that says PTC now takes credit cards. Whatever...take some cash just to make sure.
