| - 1 Star because I cannot do ZERO
I wanted to share my experience with Tiffany's Studios aka Studio One aka Tiffany Photographs. Her name is Tiffany Nicole Gain and she is the WORST photographer on the planet. Let's get this straight, she takes amazing pictures, but her professionalism is appalling.
I am writing this because I do not want anyone to go through what I (and countless others) have gone through. She ignores you, is rude, blatantly lies through her teeth, and uses her children as a constant excuse.
Back in February I asked for some referrals for valentines pictures on a mommy groupand a ton of ladies gave me great references and someone from a different page gave me Tiffany's info. She is cheap and her pictures aren't. So I used her. I should not have. A few mother's on this page advised me against it but I thought to myself, I know better than them!! (Not really, I thought it's 50 bucks not that much $$) The shoot went well, she was nice, the 'studio' was in her house and her toddler girl was there but she didn't get in the way, she was sweet and she got my son to smile BIG. The shoot was on February 2nd and Tiffany gave me some pictures on the 3rd but not all of them. She said there were some more and it took her until the 20th to add 2 pictures. It may not seem like much, but that was after many, MANY ignored messages. After I confronted her about ignoring me, she denied it. I spoke to my husband about it and we decided to just deal with her and use her again because her pictures are amazing!!! So, I wrote back to her and apologized and stroked her ego a bit. Then she ran another special $99, 1 hour, 30-60 ALL EDITED. How amazing is that?? I made an appointment, knowing that it would take a while to receive the pics. We scheduled it for April 8th at 530. My son (23 months) was not cooperating which ended with us only shooting for 30 minutes and Tiffany said that she will credit us a half session at her studio at a later date. Great!! She messaged me on the 25th saying that she will get my pictures out my the 27th, she didn't post anything and ignored my many messages. I will add pictures of our conversation so I don't have to type it all, she ended up blocking me.
She has been previously reported to News 13, she has had numerous complaints about her, she had 'rebranded' herself at least 3 times, she has a 1 Star on Yelp. I should've read the signs and listened to everyone's warnings but I didn't.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use her. Save and spend a little more on a quality photographer who doesn't lack basic common sense.
