I took my family to see an IMAX movie and tix were about $18 each. The ticket agent gave us all 3D glasses but it turned out not to be a 3D showing. We asked about this at customer service after the show and were told that the 3D and 2D IMAX price are the same. We cannot verify this because the prices are not listed at the theater or online. This irritates me--you cannot verify what the actual ticket price is supposed to be. This makes no sense. The staff were entirely unconcerned that they promised a 3D IMAX showing when this was not the case. We didn't make a stink because we had driven an hour for the experience and my kids were there; I want them to have a good time and be thankful instead of grumpy. I filed this away as evidence that this theater has poor customer service and not worth the drive for a $100+ family movie evening.
