  • Long story short I called and got a quote for a repair for my phone and was told 160. I show up that day turn in my phone and was told it will be ready by noon.... okay sounds good so I come back at noon and the phone is not ready and the guy tells me for sure it would be ready by close of business which is I think 6 or 7 o'clock. A little bit annoyed I go ahead and come back at that time just to be told that the technician went to get the part and would be ready tomorrow no later than noon. At this point I am highly irritated because I have come back twice to find that my phone has not even started to be worked on. The only reason I came to this place is because they quoted me the cheapest rate maybe I should have learned. As Told by return to the store at noon just to find out that my phone still is not ready yet they offered me a discount which I gladly took. Again I returned before close of business the next day and finally my phone was ready I told them remember the discount they said yes the original price was $160. I ended up paying $175 with taxes I'm not sure how much of a discount I really got but it didn't feel like I got anything at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone I will also never be going back to this place knowing how they do business. A little tip for the business don't give unrealistic time frames to if you cannot complete the mission.
