  • To sum up my 2 year ordeal with Century Credit Union, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and the website is awful. Avoid this place at all costs. Just because you work for a company that is partnered with them is not worth all the headaches. There are plenty of other banks and credit unions out there to choose from.
