  • I recently just moved to Henderson and very happy that I came across this cute breakfast place! Expect a wait, especially if your party is larger than 4 since it is a small place. They're known for their fluffy variety of pancakes, red velvet being their signature. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes, red velvet, and plain buttermilk. If this sounds like too much, it was and they were all short stacks! Definitely come in sharing the pancakes if you want to have your own sampler. My favorite pancakes were the chocolate chip. It didn't even need syrup because the chips had it sweetened enough for me. The red velvet cakes had its own cream cheese syrup which was pretty good. The plain buttermilk pancakes were nice and simple. They didn't have that baking powder/soda taste that I am usually able to taste whenever I eat pancakes. I also ordered the adobo fried rice which was so good and reminded me of home! The fried rice was wrapped in a blanket of egg and scallions. Service here is excellent! Everyone is very accommodating and while I was there they offered to make and changes if there was anything wrong with the food. I can't wait to take visitors from home to try out this place!
