I ordered an expensive item online and had it shipped to the store. Went to the desk to pick up and no one was there. There is a sign to press the screen of the credit card reader and that it would send a message for someone to help. That was broken. So after 3 employees walked out of the back and deliberately looked the other way, I knocked on the door to the back. Someone came out and said that they would get someone. No one came. I spoke to a female employee who was nice and tried to help but said that only the electronics employees were trained to do that and that they were busy but would be back soon. After 15 minutes, I was annoyed. Went to electronics and got someone who was helpful and took care of me. Talked to manager who could only say that the screen is supposed to alert a representative and that he was sorry. Why only one star? The manager walked away and did not try to fix the screen so the problem will definitely repeat with the next customer. Should have gone somewhere else in the first place. Thank you Walmart for reminding me to never shop there again.
