  • Everything we had was absolutely amazing. After we finished our meals, a businessman sat down next to us at the Sushi Bar. He began ordering some things that didn't sound familiar from the menu.....turned out he was a regular that had his own routine and they seemed happy to accommodate him. We followed suit and ordered two pieces of gold truffle yellowtail.....simply put the best piece of sushi I have ever had....I fully expected each piece to run $30 for how elaborate it was but they ended up being $25 for the pair. Still a pricey single piece of sushi but absolutely worth it. Service was what you would expect sitting at a sushi bar....the sushi chef's were open to conversation and very polite. Price point is on par for being in the Forum Shops at Caesars.
