This place has been my provider for 10 years now. I liked it better when they were located on Guadalupe and Gilbert.
I've dinged them a couple stars due to the patient portal change of providers nonsense (from Premiere to Prime). I can no longer log in to the new version of this portal. I always get the old one with the old information. This means I can no longer send messages, receive lab results and comments or request prescription refills. The patient portal sucks and you need a new provider for this technology.
I am not someone who gets sick at all and I rarely go to a doctor's office. I go in twice a year for a check up. I've never had a problem with getting an appointment, even if I needed to see someone right away for the odd issue that has come up. Always got an appointment the day I needed it, not days, certainly not weeks later.
I agree you can sit in the waiting room a bit after your scheduled appointment time which is why I never arrive on time. I usually only wait about 5 minutes.
The nurses have always been good. The visits reasonably short (with the nurse). I find it odd all these reviewers who talk about meeting with the doctor. I've never seen any of these doctors once in 10 years. Why are you people meeting with doctors? Nurses always handle my visits.
My only complaint is when you have your meeting with the nurse and then they want to get your blood drawn. They send you back out to the waiting room and you can easily sit there for 30-45 minutes. It takes like 2 minutes MAXIMUM to get you in the blood draw chair and back out. What is this staff doing that takes so long to call you back to get your blood drawn?
