  • If I could give this place no stars I would. I was left the pink bag to fill and leave outside. I had given items to them before so I decided to go through my closets and donate everything to this charity. I had given to them previously. I put 6 boxes including women's clothing, a stereo, dress shirts, slacks, and ties. No one ever picked these boxes up. I called the following morning and was told I could get my donation picked up a week from the original date. I could not leave all of these boxes on my porch for a week so I asked to speak to a manager and she was conveniently absent. I told the CS rep that next time they leave a bag it will go directly into the trash can. I give a lot to various charities, but I also don't give to those charities that don't appreciate it.
