The final straw with this company came this morning at 5:02 AM when the owner Ryan called to say he is offering current and former customers a special. I hung up on the call. But seriously 5 AM !!!!!!
I hired this company almost a year ago. They came once did a terrible job and Ryan refunded my money after several very unpleasant emails back and forth. I posted a bad review and then Ryan went back on his refund and charged my card without my permission. After several back and forths where he rescinded and recharged my account 4 more times by this very unprofessional owner i was forced to take down the review. He finally left me alone and no longer charged my credit card without permission.
And then this morning at 5 AM he thought it was a good PROFESSIONAL decision to call an already irate former customer! UNBELIEVABLE
Update. 11/11/17. Even though I did not have Service performed by this company for almost a year this morning I found out Ryan charged my credit card $112.50 for Service he did not provide because I wrote this one star review. He sports a 5 star review because he harassed me with unauthorized charges on my credit card until I removed the negative review. I have now reported this practice to Yelp,the BBB and my credit card company. Next step will be the polic
Update 11/12:17. This is what I just received from the owner of yeti helpers. Ryan the owner clearly states he charged my credit card for a poor service provided back in February 2017,that he has agreed to refund my money because I posted a negative review

"The decision was left on you because of all of the nasty things you have said to me, we offered you a refund if you would either edit your review to be honest or delete it completely when you would not let us come out and fix any issues as stated in our policy that you agreed to. You have not followed through on your end and just posted another nasty review so yes we did charge you for the services you received.
We have recorded phone conversations as well as all of our talks through email. I have kept very good records and will be submitting these to your cc company as well when the dispute comes in. If you keep spreading lies about myself and my company we will be forced to take legal action.
Your bill of $112.50 has been paid and wish you the best.
