  • Wow...what a juxtaposition. I've been ordering from this company for years. They have a great selection of design items. I love the taste of the buyers. Having said all that, I have to say the customer service here is the worst. Obnoxious to the max. In these current economic conditions, how can this company think they can get away with treating their customers with such disdain? Is my money not good enough for them? Once upon a time this was a good company. I have no idea what happened to them. Time for Hugh to wake up. Zero point five stars.
