  • The problem with this company is they have too many projects going and not enough quality workers to do the work.....so ALL jobs end up taking longer than they should. I have a tub that was supposed to be installed last week and it's still sitting out in the sun in my back yard. There are also other workers who cannot be counted on to show up. Jeremy!!! If workers are not good....fire them!!! The project should have only taken a couple weeks but is 5 weeks now with a long way to go. Lots of disorganization and lack of communication as well. If I did my job in a similar manner I would be unemployed. *** update*** It is now end of August and work still NOT completed...workers "hard to find" I am told........Nice! ***2nd update*** Sept 9 and still not done with project....new toilet installation caused a leak into garage......then the new Jacuzzi spa tub sprung a leak underneath upon first use.......can this get any worse?? October 24 2017...work still not completed.....they have moved on to other projects after demanding payment in full.......do NOT trust this bunch at all! Problems from start to finish....well.....to almost finish that is. Kent Axtell should be in JAIL for lying to clients and hiring non-licensed workers off the street, then doing sub-par work.
