  • I see that there are lots of good reviews about Dr. De Santo and the NP's. Dr. Kathleen Schwartz, which has been my Dr. for the last 20 years (or was) is amazing as well. However I do not see any posts about her. Could it be because no one can get in to see her anymore??? I have not been able to get an appointment with her for the last 4 years. I've tried making an appointment by phone & online and they tell me the usual, that she's booked out 6 months. So I tried making an appointment 6 months in advance and got an email from the office manager, that I can't book that far in advance. Today I was told she only takes 2 annual exams a day and she's booked out until Feb 2016. Front desk and person answering phone is the first contact for a business. I wonder why they have people that are not friendly, helpful or make you feel like your a bother, representing such awesome Dr.'s.
