  • Overall: 2 stars. Trying to find an employee every time I have to use the self-service checkout is very annoying. Customer Service: 2 stars. The people working there are fine, but I can't stand how the self-checkout machines require you to scan a physical card. The only way to enter your phone number is by calling over an employee. Every other self checkout with a loyalty card allows the user to enter their phone number themselves. Very inefficient. Price: 2 stars. They are significantly higher than Super Walmart on the same items. Probably higher than 30%. Their sales are generally buy 1 get 1 free, which is only good if you want double Selection: 3 stars. It's a mid-size store with the usual stuff. Nothing overly special. Appearance: 4 stars. It's well merchandised and clean.
