  • DO NOT GO HERE!!! I don't even know where to begin! I had the absolute WORST experience here with my groomsmens tuxs. We went to get measurements done 2 months before wedding, then when tuxs got in 2 days before wedding it was a complete mess! Not one thing was right! Out of my 4 groomsmen and the groom, 4 of them had pants that were extremely too short, one pair were too big, shirts all too small, and 2 of them had shoes that didn't fit. We were there for almost two hours! And no one seemed to care that everything was wrong! They acted as if we were inconveniencing them! After being there for 2 hours they still weren't able to fix everything and we were told we had to wait so they can re order some items and come back the next day... the day before my wedding! Not like we had anything else to do that day! I was told that the items would be there at 10:30 am. So the next day at 10:30 my fiancĂ© goes down there only to be told the items hadn't arrived yet and they had no idea where they were. So then I was told someone would give me a call when they got there. No one called me, I called them at 4:00 pm and was told I could come pick up the items and would be refunded $40 for the inconvenience of this whole situation. $40 for the $3,000 we spent on tuxs there??? I brought 8 people there to buy/rent suits/tuxs for this wedding and after all that they put me through they want to refund me $40??? So I go to pick up the missing items just to be told that I would no longer be receiving my refund! Ya right! I demanded A refund so at that point they refunded me $40 and was given a nasty attitude by the manager. All in all I will NEVER go back here and will never recommend to anyone! Extremely unhappy and disappointed!
