Took our dog here a few years ago and had the most horrible experience. They wrote down the day of our return wrong, but instead of calling any of the phone numbers we left with them, they just moved our dog to a small outside kennel. When we showed up to get her, she was dirty and had sores on her nose and stomach.
We were horrified, and the person working said it was our fault and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the premises. Our poor dog took over a week to get back to normal, and we filed a complaint with the BBB. We found several other people with similar stories.
We've been boarding our animals ever since at University Animal Hospital in Tempe and they've been fantastic. If you care about your animals, I strongly suggest you keep them away from the Canine Country Club.
