I kind of had a bad feeling about them immediately once I was there, well basically the second they started bombarding me with all of this paperwork of all of these procedures I needed done.
I still went along with it though because one of the procedures I needed is pretty bad...they told me themselves. Basically, if I didn't get it done I could lose a tooth. Well, it's two months later and they still haven't cleared it through my insurance. I had my first appointment over a month ago. I kept calling them to make sure they provide everything to my insurance so they cover it and the day before the procedure they told me that the insurance needed more information and that I could come in get the procedure done and then basically hope that my insurance will cover it. So, I cancelled the appointment re-scheduling it for over a month away (even though I needed it done pretty badly), well I was supposed to go in a couple of days and we're in the same exact spot as last time, they haven't done a thing. They told me the insurance didn't get a narrative (which is the same thing they told them they needed at the end of December) to clear it through my insurance and told me I can come and get it done and then see if the insurance will cover it. HORRIBLE follow-up and I just don't feel like I trust them. I thought it was also weird that they didn't even schedule me to get my cavities fixed when they found some.... they went straight to the big procedures.
