  • So it was time to buy a home again and I went back to Bryan because of my great experience with him before. Not that I needed him to get any better, but Bryan has improved his real estate skills dramatically. He not only helped me find an awesome company for financing, get the seller down approximately $50k, and walked me through every step along the way...he also let me use his contractors for some of the work I needed done on the house afterwards and that came with a sweet discount for going through him. I'd highly recommend anyone buying a house to use Bryan.
