  • I used Hawaiian Airlines in the summer of 2017, in that July I flew my family and I to and from Oahu. I bought standard seating, not first class. The seats were decent, they were what I expected. Where they separated themselves from my experiences of flying with different airlines and to different places, was the service. Very engaging, our welfare was very much their priority. They were constantly moving, not anything bad, just making sure that everyone had what they wanted.. Absolutely made me feel appreciated, and that's a huge difference maker. I would certainly use them again, and this is a full recommendation.
