  • Bought 2 circuit breakers for a new a/c installation. They were the wrong ones and I tried taking them back a few days later. They refused to refund my money even though I had not used them. They said breakers have to be returned the same day. The contacts still had grease on them and it was obvious that they were never used but the cashier refused to even look at them. I will never shop at HD again, Lowes usually has better customer service.
