  • horrendous (1/19/2016) service in the bar area, before, during and after wings arrived. lots of staff walking around while the female bartender talked to one guy at bar. we sat there close to 15 minutes to order. when she(da bartender) finally arrived, she did give apologies for the wait??? wings arrived lighting fast, delicious, but my glass of beer was empty and the wings were HOT! had to get up and interrupted bartender talking to the same guy still,,she asked if i needed something, as im holding a large empty beer glass,,,,lol ok, not a problem, its her first week on the job, right? well, now im done and want to leave, guess what, no check, no bartender, so i went looking for the manager. guess who i find yakking on the other side of restaurant? 10 minutes later i FINALLY get my bill at the HOTEL CALIFORNIA(can't get out). BAD, VERY BAD SERVICE!!
