  • Horrible place, horrible manager, horrible cars, horrible service. Over the phone, I was promised a rental for two days that would cost $99 including everything, with free airport pickup. I returned the car early and clean, and was charged $187 - which I didn't find out until I had stepped out of the car when the driver handed me a receipt after dropping me off at the airport. I later found out that Avis could have loaned me a new Mustang for about $40 less. Later, when I phoned the manager, Pete, and wanted to discuss it, he called me all sorts of names and hung up on me. The car, an Impala, was a piece of crap, dirty, dented all over, heavy-duty smell of stale cigarette smoke, not all of the controls worked. The place is also known as A-AA Able Car Rental, and also Saban's Rent a Car. Avoid like the plague. There are better deals out there with much better people.
