  • Please be careful when going through this company! For one when you express a payoff what a process. They have no physical address.., it's a P.O. box second they say they keep it in the box until there's enough mail to check the box. Very shady company. My biggest mistake was doing business with them. Their pobox is in Colorado. They tried to say they didn't get payoff from navy federal but the check had to be signed for and I seen the signature. This company needs to be investigated and complained to BBB as to the insufficiency unethical practice they are running!horrible experience.they will not accommodate you in any way after receiving payment, you do not get updated for a month after they have your money!
