  • I had never been to a Mercedes dealership until a few days ago and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I walked up to the door and there were about five guys standing there. All of them stared at looking crazy except for one....Arnold Lim. He was friendly, funny, and moved fast....he makes the car buying process extremely smooth and pleasant. The vehicle i chose was incredible and I got a great deal on it too. Arnold and his manager, I believe his name was Gavin were just really nice people.I wasn't pressured and they listened to what I had to say. Mr.Jose the Finance guy was pretty cool too. Overall my experience was really great! I walked in there with a basic vehicle and came back out in something very classy. Thank you!
