So disappointed because I love the Huntersville location. I ordered online and still waited in the restaurant 9 minutes past my pick up time. There were a lot of people in both the pick up/online and dine-in lines while only 1 person taking orders for each line. There were quite a few employees in front of house standing and not helping. Not the experience I like for a $14 meal, very unorganized and no established process from observations. Ive been here 2x since opening and both times experienced the same thing.
