  • Good communication, good honest work, and punctual, professional & personable technician. Made appointment to get my leaking ice maker in Kenmore fridge repaired. Tech Johnny showed me detailed break down of cost & gave me an option to do it myself, because it was fairly easy fix. I was then able to make an informed decision (I had him fix it since I didn't want to spend time getting the part & figuring out how to replace it). I was not left with the feeling I usually get from those repair people that I got somehow ripped off. I definitely recommend E&J!
