  • This gym is great. My girlfriend and I are both members. We live near by so have never used the changing rooms so cant really comment. The gym space is huge, over 2 floors and always clean. The cardio even has plenty of machines, I go at different times of the day and have never not had a choice of each of the types of machines. Weight area has a great range of equipment lacking only really in dumbells over 75lbs. However for price I think this is a point you can quickly forgive. 4* purely as the gym appears to be slightly over surcribed. At peak hours the place is like the path and there isn't space/bench or rack to be had. Normally we go after 9.30 to avoid the crowds so can't say whether my few earlier evening experiences are representative. We haven't tried the tanning beds, massage chairs or the PTs but I get the impression this is a DIY gym .
