  • I ve been to many MC dealers in the last 20 years, so I know what to expect. Apache has never been pushy with sales. I have looked at gear and new bikes with minimal sales help (intrusion). The parts desk is ok. They can look up a part and charge you - don't expect some type of awesome service when you are there to buy a special nut and washer for $5. Also, the parts desk doesn't seem to have overall knowledge of mechanics, so don't expect for them to diagnose and offer suggestions on what parts you need. They are ok - at least better than rude and pushy.
