  • If you're like me ...and Life Happened...20 pounds heavier than you want to be and unhappy with yourself...then you'll want to read this review! Last November my oldest daughter said she was getting married and I decided that all the excuses I'd been making had to stop!! I called Underground Fitness, Glendale, AZ...made an appointment to go in for my free consultation and workout session and the rest is history. They put me on a comprehensive - (do-able diet) and set me up on an intense exercise program with Alec Allan. 3 months later my posture was amazing, I'd lost 20 pounds, and my muscles were becoming more defined.
