  • Don't understand why they let you make an appt online and still takes them 2 hours to do an oil change. That should be 20-30 min at most places. They don't respect your time...there was a guy there who dropped his car off 3 hours before me, he said, and was still waiting on tires. Again, doesn't take that long to do tires. They must have really bad organization over there! Only reason I don't give 1 Star is because everyone was courteous. Take the online appointments off until you can honor them and the service time.
