After my appointment, I walked around the sales floor for a good 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Two couples walked in later that I did and were served immediately for picking up glasses. Another client and I tried to help each other pick out glasses because the staff was so inattentive. Finally, one of the employees did acknowledge me, I had one pair of eyeglasses in my hand that were a maybe, and he immediately said, oh so this is what you want? No. I didn't know what I want. I had received absolutely no guidance on what I should have. I left. I didn't even bother sticking around to see what was going to happen. I'm going to try Eyewear at the Hamptons and see if my experience is better.
