  • Where do I start. We picked SFM to be our mortgage broker and the nightmare began. Besides the obvious disorganization in the office, consistently asking for documents that were already sent they TOTALLY dropped the ball on our qualification, assuring us that all would be good at closing when in fact it was not. Not only did we loose the house but we also lost our earnest deposit due to SFM's negligence and non-performance. When I approached the company to make things right I was met with a brick wall and that is where we are today....No House....No Deposit. Take my advice ....go elsewhere.
